An old housemate used to say "You'd be nothing if you weren't ambitious". That's a dangerous statement when you end up cutting your teeth with the people who coined the phrase "Ambitious but Rubbish".

Just like the four year old me, who wanted to be a footballer, a wrestler, a Formula One driver, an LAPD detective, a lawyer, a cowboy, an Indian and a secret agent (sometimes all at the same time) I've always been happy to turn my hand to anything that tickles my pickle.

I've worked for some of the biggest names in; journalism, motoring and video games but there was one thing that always eluded me and that was to build something from the ground up. Pomelo Pictures is the current iteration of that creation formed out of  years of trying and failing. 

A toasted strawberry jam and Worcester Sauce flavour crisp sandwich is my guilty pleasure. That, or reverting back to my childhood with a carton of Um Bongo, a Game Boy and a bag of pick'n'mix.
